FAQ

Thank you for your interest in our site. Here is a short tutorial of how to purchase photo sets and video clips. More detailed answers to specific questions can be found below. If you still have questions, just email us.

Select the photo sets and video clips that you want to download, and add them to your cart. You need to order at least $7 worth of files at a time (any combination of still photo sets and video files). When you are ready to check out, you will need to create an account if you don't already have one, and then you will be asked for your credit card information. Once the charge is approved, you will be taken to a page with links for your downloads. Just click on each link and save the zip file to your hard drive. Once you have them all downloaded, unzip and enjoy! BE SURE TO MAKE A BACKUP OF EVERYTHING YOU DOWNLOAD.

How will charges appear on my credit card statement? - Charges will appear as "Imago Studios".

What forms of payment do you accept? - We accept Visa and MasterCard.  

If you do not have a credit card that you can use, you may mail in cash or a money order and we can issue you a gift certificate to use on future orders. Please see the Gift Certificate FAQ on the left menu bar for more details.

What happens if my order total is less than $7.00
- You simply won't be able to complete your order unless you are purchasing $7.00 or more.

How long do I have to download the files after I purchase them? - You have 48 hours to comlete the download of the files. After 48 hours, the files will no longer be available. Please note that you get a few download attempts for each file purchased. If you lose your connection or have another problem when downloading, you can come back to your account and try again. Please don't use a download assist or multi-session downloading software - it won't work and you will use up your attempts. Be sure to back up your files after downloading! If you have a problem with your downloads, please email us for help (imago@imagostudios.com). BE SURE TO MAKE A BACKUP OF EVERYTHING YOU DOWNLOAD. We may not be able to reactivate links if you lose your files. No refunds are offered.

How do I open the files after I have downloaded them? - Both the photo sets and video clips are in zip files and you will need to unzip/extract them using either the utility in your operating system or a utility program such as Winzip.

What format are the video files in? - The video files are in either MP4 format or Microsoft's .wmv format, depending on video selection. You will need to unzip the clip before playing.

I have a Mac/iPad/iPhone. How do I watch the clips? - If available, purchase the file in MP4 format and no conversion will be necessary. For the older WMV files, you will need to download a player such as VLC Media Player.

How many photos are in each set? - The number of photos in a given set is listed in the description for that set. The # of photos varies from set to set, as does the price per set.

How many video clips are in each set? - Unless otherwise specified in the set description, there is only 1 video clip per set. The length of the clip is given in the description.

Can I search the sets for specific models or elements? - Yes. Use the Search box on the left menu bar to search for specific models or key elements. Just type in, for example MOLLY BRONTE to search for all photo sets and video clips featuring Molly, or type HANDCUFF to search for any set or clip utilizing handcuffs. For more details, see the Help link on the Advanced Search page.

What if I have a problem downloading the zip files? - If you run into any problems downloading the files, email us at imago@imagostudios.com. Be sure to include your full name and the email address you used when you created your account. BE SURE TO MAKE A BACKUP OF EVERYTHING YOU DOWNLOAD. We may not be able to reactivate links if you lose your files. No refunds are offered.

Do I really need to create an account? - Yes, it's needed to use the cart. Please be sure to use your correct name and billing address as it appears on your credit card statement, as well as a valid email address. If your email address is bogus or temporary and the welcome email bounces, your account will be locked and closed. We do not physically mail anything to customers and we will not use the information you enter for any reason other than to validate your credit card purchases.

Can I get a refund? - Due to the nature of downloadable products, NO REFUNDS ARE OFFERED. If you have trouble downloading your purchase, please see above for helpful hints or if you have tried those and are still having problems, you may email us at imago@imagostudios.com.
